This report performs a legal analysis, by drawing on the fundamental right of equality and non-discrimination in the Spanish Constitution, on the criminal treatment and procedure for hate crimes against homeless people in the current penal code.
It was the first legal report on hate crimes against homeless people, prepared at the UNIR Legal Clinic – Fernando Pombo Foundation, in collaboration with the RAIS Foundation.
