First steps to create a practical guide

The guide will be jointly prepared by the Fundación Fernando Pombo foundation and lawyers from the firm Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, together with the Fundación Luz Casanova.

The aim of this project, which was discussed in a meeting on 13 February 2020 between members of the Fundación Fernando Pombo foundation and lawyers from the Madrid and Valencia offices of the Gómez-Acebo & Pombo firm, is to create a consultation manual for social intervention professionals as well as for parents of adolescent victims, with both entities seeking to improve legal access in this area at all stages.

The guide concerns the most important and complex legal aspects regarding gender-based violence via digital media, with a special focus on the presentation of evidence of the most common crimes in this regard.
