Furthermore, this publication may also serve as a reference point for employees that have decided to take a step toward including persons with Down syndrome in their companies, thereby contributing to the inclusion of this group in employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The publication is based on nine questions that address issues spanning from the vulnerability of persons with Down syndrome &#8211; there is no evidence to suggest that they are in a high risk group when it comes to vulnerability to COVID-19- to consequences that may arise if  an employee with Down syndrome decides to not go to work due to fear of infection.
