Can adolescents commit gender-based violence offences? If the aggressor is a minor, can an order of protection be granted? What penal cautionary measures can be adopted when the aggressor is a minor? Is the minor victim unprotected with these measures? In this report, we attempt to shed light on these and other relevant matters concerning this troubling social phenomenon which is on the rise. It is a result of the collaboration of the UNIR Legal Clinic-Fernando Pombo Foundation and the Luz Cazanova Foundation in the framework of our EXEQUO II Project.
