A new work which analyses the confrontation and existing limits between the fundamental right to the presumption of innocence and the fundamental rights to freedom of information and freedom of expression related to media trials. It gathers the lectures delivered at the “The presumption of innocence and trials by media” conference held in 2012 by the Fernando Pombo Foundation in the framework of the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo (UIMP) summer courses in Santander.
