Presumption of innocence and trial by media in comparative law

Today, the most significant violations of law in the presumption of innocence are closely connected to what we know as “trials by the press”, although there are increasingly more media trials, in reality it is justice and all the guarantees of the fair process (Art. 6 of the ECHR or Art. 24 of the Spanish Constituion) which are being questioned. This work includes the talks of the III public section of the Committee on the Presumption of Innocence, dedicated to analysing the causes of this phenomenon and the different solutions offered by the most advanced legislation in neighbouring countries.
