In this report, we analyse the judgements and orders issued by the Courts of Violence against Women, the Provincial Courts and the Supreme Court on gender-based violence cases related to sentences for gender-based psychological violence and responses to cases of reports of gender-based psychological violence. It is one of the results of the collaboration of the UNIR Legal Clinic-Fernando Pombo Foundation and the Luz Cazanova Foundation in the framework of our EXEQUO II Project.
