TRAINING IN “RESPONSIBLE LEGAL PRACTICE”
The future of the legal profession resides in universities. For this reason, in the last ten years we have dedicated a substantial amount of time training law students in what we understand as responsible legal practice, where pro bonowork is key. We participate in programmes for Masters for the Access to the Legal Profession, Masters in Human Rights, Masters in Business Law and graduate classes in 19 law schools across Spain in order to develop and promote a pro bonoculture.

TRAINING IN “BUSINESS AND HUMAN RIGHTS”
Systemic changes require changes in education and call for involvement by the university. In order to involve the legal profession in ensuring that companies comply with human rights, since 2013 we have been imparting courses on this matter at various law schools. Our objective is to achieve a hybrid model of the legal profession where corporate experts are familiar with human rights and where human rights experts are versed in corporate matters. The future calls for this blended specialisation, for corporate sustainability, in order to promote responsible business and uphold human rights.
